C930 - Ubi Station & Tunnels(DTL3B)
The Ubi Station (DT25) is the third station and situated along Ubi Avenue 2, between Ubi Road 3 and Ubi Avenue 1. Land usage adjacent to the proposed site includes light industrial buildings to the southwest and northern; empty land marked for future HDB housing estate development to the south; HDB housing estate and secondary school at the southwest. One station entrance is proposed to be located near to Wangi Industrial Building. Another station entrance (second entrance) is proposed to be at the junction between Ubi Avenue 2 and Ubi Avenue 1.
